From a traditional executive organization to a data-driven organization based on output, with as many automated processes as possible. That is where Vera Vreeburg, transition manager at VodafoneZiggo, wanted to go. And for that she needs Allinq*.
From reactive to proactive
The collaboration started with an operational dashboard. “Within the Data Centers Infrastructure department, we needed a partner to gain insight into the data and to perform analyzes on it. Eventually, we chose to partner up with Allinq.” We are now discussing a long-term partnership, Vera shares. “We still see many challenges we cannot address due to the lack of expertise within our organization.” Allinq helps VodafoneZiggo with analyzes of various domains with the aim of moving from reactive to preventive management.
In addition, Artificial Intelligence is soon to be used for predictive maintenance. Vera: “By moving from reactive to proactive, we can substantially reduce operational costs and achieve enormous efficiency!” In addition, Allinq also provides advice based on data, for example about the optimal lifecycle of equipment.

Partnership
An important aspect of Allinq Smart Solutions is the uncertainty of the end product. We have a goal that we want to achieve, and we are working towards it step by step. This requires a strong bond between both partners, good communication, and mutual trust. “It’s experimenting, it’s pioneering. You get information that was not available before. That way you come up with new questions and ideas.” Consequently, that also brings its own challenges. Because how do you manage a team if you don’t know what the final state is? Then it is valuable to have a partner. “If I have a problem or a question, I can just call and ask how they do something. You understand each other immediately. Hence, Allinq is also a sparring partner.”
The collaboration is growing. Partnership also means that things may turn out differently than expected. “Mistakes can be made, that is inherent in what we are doing with each other. That’s not a bad thing at all. As long as we are honest and can hold each other accountable.”
Ambition
Vera sees the transformation from operating traditionally to making choices based on data and output and automating as many processes as possible as an important milestone. According to her, Allinq has a profound effect on this. “To achieve this goal, we need Allinq to perform analyzes and provide advice on how to set up our new digital working method optimally. Without all that, we won’t be able to implement a digital way of working.”
